This website is used to book shared facilities (the tennis court and BBQ area) at 123 Epping Road, Macquarie Park, NSW 2113.
When you book a facility via Calendly, or send us a message via the contact form, we collect the name, email address and any details you provide in order to schedule your booking or respond to your enquiry. Booking data is processed by Calendly; availability is shown via a shared Google Calendar.
Information submitted through this site is used solely to manage facility bookings and respond to enquiries from building occupants. We do not sell or share your information with third parties beyond the service providers (Calendly, Google Calendar, Web3Forms) used to operate this site.
